Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses
A tiny production from a small grove of old tea trees (三棵树) growing near Bang Dong village in Mengku county of Lincang. Entirely picked and processed by one family from Late March to Late April. Very pure tea with strong cha qi. Mouth-feel is textured and lively, nice slight bitterness that leaves the mouth quickly. 250 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo tong) Only 88 cakes in total produced! This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory for 191 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 191 pesticide residues.
