Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses

In our opinion, this is an ideal representation of Jingmai tea. It has an unmistakable orchid fragrance that that sticks with you, accompanied by a pleasant huigan. With a pleasantly dense flavour and body, we strongly recommend this for drinkers that are looking for floral qualities and high fragrance in their sheng. This mixed picking tea mostly consists of smaller tree material from a clean, well-maintained environment. However, the addition of pickings from some of the big trees growing in the same area allow for extra depth of flavour and elegance, while keeping the price affordable. Picking period: March 20 – April 3 $0.20/gram
