A smooth easy drinking green tea with a milder vegetal notes compared to Sencha, without the strong umami tones. Bancha is produced from the older coarser leaves left over from the earlier harvests, with this one produced from non-certified 'natural' organic tea gardens. Sourced direct from Obubu's farm in Kyoto.
