Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
It is an absolute rarity among Japanese Green Teas and is of outstanding quality. Harvested at the end of April, the deep dark tips are extremely aromatic. Boast a uniquely floral and very refreshing flavour with a light green infusion.
