Green Gaba Another fascinating experimental tea from our friends in Mingjian, this one is a mix between Green and GABA processing styles. This hybrid processing style creates a tea that begins with a bright 'Green Tea' sweet vegetal before evolving into the familiar dark ripe fruit flavors of a GABA while a yellow floral peppers the palate throughout. It is not quite a green tea, not quite a GABA and has aspects of oolong floral notes as well. We are happy to be able to share this one-of-a-kind tea! This tea is grown on an organic, multigenerational farm in the Mingjian area. The family tries hard to keep traditional practices of tea production alive while adding in modern technology and flavor profiles. We are very happy to continue to support gardens and families such as this one!
