Peach Sky Black Tea 6 oz. water for preparation 6 oz. plain sparkling water 1 tsp. simple syrup Ice Fresh peach slices to garnish Directions: Steep the tea leaves for 4 minutes in 6 oz. boiling water (212F). Pour into a tall glass and mix in the simple syrup. Allow to cool and add the sparkling water. Gently stir and add ice. Garnish with peach slices.
