Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
This is a blend of many different spring 2018 raw pu-erh teas from Lincang, Simao, and Menghai! The name "Bai Jia Cha" (百家茶) literally means "Tea from a Hundred Households". While perhaps it's not from a hundred different tea gardens, it's a varied blend from several distinct areas that is very interesting and complex to drink. This is a budget blended raw pu-erh that performs very well and will age wonderfully. It's affordable enough to stock up and good enough to age into something very nice! 357 grams per cake (7 cakes per tong)
