It is with incredible excitement, that I am now able to offer a fantastic fresh green tea from a very new and local tea producing region; Jersey Island in the English Channel! A wonderfully smooth with a sweet lemon taste and notes of green beans. The producer Jersey Fine Tea, established their tea gardens in 2017, utilising tea seeds from Nepal and Georgia, on three plots totalling just six acres. Due to the small size of the garden and low yields, it took over a month to produce the 1kg of green tea ordered!
