Translated from the name tong tian xiang in Chinese, which refers to a fragrance so strong that it can reach to the heavens. Can't argue with lofty aspirations, right? Tong tian xiang is thought to be a naturally occurring cross between well-known shui xian varietals in Fenghuang. Our Heaven Dancong has pure flower fragrances that leap from the leaves. The aromas didn't reach the heavens in our trials, though they did fill the room. Long lasting huigan (returning sweetness in the mouth) and a powerful bouquet of sweet flavors and floral scents.
