Each refill bag of flowering tea contains 10 tea blooms, ideal for multiple steepings of this floral black tea. In an infuser, steep one tea bloom in 8-10 oz of short of boiling, filtered water for 3 minutes until the leaves have completely bloomed. Give the tea a gentle stir.
