Ingredients: Rooibos, anise, sunflower & marigold petals, natural flavours, spearmint and peppermint. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
