This tea is from the Wuyi Mountain region of Fujian province. Wuyi tea was the first Oolong tea (semi-fermented) to be produced and is famous for its clean taste and fascinating complexity. The leaves are carefully hand-picked by farmers and are processed as black tea. They are small, tight and twisted in shape and are dark in color. This tea has a ripe fruit aroma with a unique rich and sweet taste that lingers pleasantly in the mouth after drinking.
