Expertly fermented 2023 material from the Jingmai area of Lancang county (Simao) was wet-piled and then pressed into this lovely 250 gram mini cake. This tea cake is pressed from un-graded tea leaves (meaning that after wet-piling the leaves were not separated by grade, so with this you are getting all the various leaf grades together). Light to medium fermentation (during wet-piling) gives this tea a strong taste which stays in the mouth after drinking.
