Overview
Pairing: sushi, steamed vegetables, or citrusy salads

This perfect daily companion. Steep as long as you wish without any bitterness. The full-bodied cup, earthy aromatics, and barnyard character will make you feel right at home. Harvested and produced May 4, 2025 by Mr. Liu Zhao Quan in Da Ping Zhang Village, Puer City, Yunnan Province. Post fermentation production was completed July 10, 2025. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Yunnan Big Leaf cultivar growing at 4,900 feet. All ripe puer comes from the Xishuangbanna region of southern Yunnan Province, China. It starts out as raw puer (simple green tea), but then goes through a final step of “pile fermentation” where they pile it up, apply moisture, and cover it for a period of time to achieve microbiological change. The result is intensely earthy and smooth. Ingredients: puer tea Steeping Instructions 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 2 min.
