Who would equate Colombia and tea? Most would not. However, we do have the advantage of having Elvira Cardenas as a tea taster, and she is a very good one. So, when she said someone in her country made good tea, we gave it a try. The company, named Himalaya, is located in the mountains of Colombia in the town of La Cumbre and honors traditional tea practices. We chose black and green tea. They are both quite tasty and worth a try.
