Our event is designed to help you find balance and recharge your spirit. Through the combination of sound and tea, you'll experience a holistic approach to relaxation that rejuvenates both mind and body. Sound Bath: Promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity. What’s Included A pot of tea of your choice A 1-hour sound bath 20% off all teas FAQ What should I bring?Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and something to cover your eyes if you wish. Wear comfortable clothing. Can I eat or drink before the session?Light meals are absolutely fine. Please avoid alcohol—it can dehydrate you and may intensify post-session sensations, potentially causing headaches. Staying well-hydrated beforehand is recommended. What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?You are welcome to adjust your position or leave the room quietly at any time. Safety & Medical Precautions Alcohol & intoxication: Please refrain from alcohol or recreational drug use before attending. Pacemakers & heart conditions: Individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators, or serious heart conditions should consult a doctor or avoid participation. Epilepsy: Those with epilepsy or sound-/music-induced seizures should not participate without medical clearance. Pregnancy: Not recommended during the first trimester or late stages of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider. Metal implants & recent surgery: If you have metal plates, implants, or recent surgery, consult your doctor and let us know beforehand. Mental health conditions: Individuals with unmanaged mental health issues (e.g., PTSD, schizophrenia, personality disorders) should consult a professional before joining. Other medical conditions: For acute illness (e.g., fever, infection), immune-compromised states, organ transplant history, recent brain injury, or stroke—please seek medical advice before attending. Sound sensitivity or hearing issues: If you experience tinnitus, hyperacusis, or sound sensitivity, consider sitting further away or using ear protection.
