Ingredients: Rooibos, sunflower & marigold petals, anise, elderberry, blueberry, bilberry and raisin and apple pieces, cornflower and hibiscus petals, licorice root, rose petals and natural flavouring. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
