Firefly | Oolong Tea

Through the magic of roasting, flavors and fragrances emerge like blinking lights in the woods on a summer night. The cup character of popcorn and fried rice is unexpectedly interesting and as satisfying as comfort food. Harvested and produced April 25, 2025 in Ju Yuan Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Jin Guanyin cultivar growing at approximately 2,200 feet. It was roasted by our friend Mr. Soup on December 10, 2025. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instruction 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min. Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams of tea in 150ml of boiling water: 10 sec – rinse 1st steep – 25 sec 2nd steep – 25 sec 3rd steep – 60 sec 4th steep – 3 min Number of Cups 2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups
