Vietnam Mao Feng tea is a delicate white tea with long, twisted leaves that are handpicked from the northern highlands of Vietnam. It offers a fresh, mildly sweet flavour with vegetal and floral notes, creating a smooth, refreshing brew. Brew for 1.5-2min at 70/80°C. Use ~1 tsp (2g) for one cup. Do not brew for more than the recommended time, unless you like a very bitter tea :) Ingredients: Vietnam Mao Feng tea leaves.
