Ingredients: Rooibos, liquorice root, rose blossoms, rosehip, dried apple and orange, hibiscus, red thistle, sunflower, safflower & marigold petals and marigold, anise, vanilla pieces and natural flavouring. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of tea. 100°C (212°F) water for 5-10 minutes. Two good infusions are possible if you steep for a shorter time.
