Pure Jingmai goodness Great Huigan and Cha Qi This maocha comes from our own ancient tea garden located on Da Ping Zhang.This garden is characterized by a heavy forest cover and lower yields than average. It has a sharp bite due to its relatively green processing. The fragrance is high pitched, fairly high short-lived bitterness followed by sweetness and lingering Huigan. A potent tea that we recommend to enjoy after a heavy meal.
