Rooibos tea is a native of South Africa and it is a very hydrating tea. A good quality Rooibos is identified by its intence ruby colour and soft sweet taste. Brew for 8-10 minutes. Water temperature: 98 Degrees C. Use 4-5 teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
