Drink it before bed or anytime of the day. Note, this is a 3oz bag of tea! Flavor profile: This tea has a lovely Cranberry flavor. When brewed correctly, you will get little to no earthy notes. Ingredients: Honeybush (Africa), Shiitake Powder (USA) Cranberry Powder (USA) Cranberry Flavor (USA) Tea Making Directions: 1tsp per 8oz boiling water, steep 10 minutes.
