These light-bodied, distinctive teas are produced in small quantities for just a few weeks, usually beginning in early April; only the new young buds and first leaves are hand-harvested, and they undergo a unique hard withering process. A bright, green aroma and character defines this lot (DJ 5) from the organic, high elevation Jungpana Estate.
