The tea of all teas, English Breakfast is an all-time tea favourite. Known for its robust, hearty flavour, and its sweet aroma, as well as the high caffeine content, it's the perfect tea to start your day with. Enjoy it as it is, with a dash of milk (/vegetable milk), or a slice of lemon, and sweeten to taste - go crazy, this is the most versatile of all teas :) Brew for 3-5min at 100°C. Use ~1 tsp (2g) for one cup. Drink it cold in the summer months for a perfect homemade iced tea. Ingredients: a blend of different Assam and Ceylon teas.
