This Spring, we had the privilege of helping out at this tea farm during the harvest. We witnessed the meticulous care that goes into every step of the tea-making process: from hand-picking the leaves early in the morning, to swiftly delivering them to the plantation for withering, and finally roasting them late into the night with precision.
