Show your Chicago pride with an earthy, bitey cup of roasted goodness. A base of autumnal Houjicha green tea and 15-year cave aged black tea can be steeped as long and dark as you like, just be prepared for that peppery underbelly to show some teeth if you push it too far! Ingredients: Roasted green tea, puer tea, black peppercorn, raw dandelion root, green sage Approximately 45mg of caffeine per cup Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 3-5 min Blend by Friday This blend is available 6/1-9/3 in our Summer fandom rotation!
