Spring 2025 Ba Ka Noy Single Trees

Here is some mao cha if you want a taste before we press our cakes. We ordered 30kg of the largest trees available in Ba Ka Noy village. This is our most expensive tea of the year, it has the best Huigan in our collection and an energizing Qi. The leaves are big and can be brewed forever. Bitterness is medium-high but vanishes quickly. Sweetness is high, which offers an interesting contrast with the bitterness, and will offer a dynamic session.
