One of the most requested products over the last year, this one-of-a-kind cracker brings together a solid white tea and an obscure tea byproduct: flowers. Tea flowers, when used at all, are sometimes an ormanental addition to green tea, but are almost never pressed with white tea. Their mild aroma cannot compete with osmanthus, jasmine, or chrysanthemum; When brewed in quantity, they likewise offer more bitterness than sweetness. Pressed together with shoumei, however, they balance the white tea's base sweetness and add a vegetal florality that has bloomed into a complex mix of fruity and savory notes with aging. This is an experiment that proved to taste much better than experimental. It is a white tea that is a welcome antidote to a winter sniffle or heavy yule time meal.

Tip: steep briefly at 70°C for 3-4 minutes to showcase the apricot and orchid aromas
