Overview
A tea from the Darjeeling area in India, in the foothills of the Himalayas. Blended from the First Flush from quality gardens this tea has true Darjeeling character. The fresh slightly spicy flavour dances from the pot to the cup to make a really refreshing tea. First Flush is plucked in early spring just as the delicate leaves first emerge. They hold the lively fresh aroma and flowery scent that characterise a good Darjeeling. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Water temperature: 100c Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
