Aged Tangerine White Tea Biscuit 陳皮老白茶小餅 Tasting Notes: “Chenpi” Aged citrus, honey, mellowOrigin: Fujian and Guangdong, China Tea Type: White This is a rare pressed tea made from an aged 2017 gongmei white tea from Fuding, the home of White tea, and an aged 2016 tangerine peel from Xinhui, similarly the home of tangerine peel, resulting in an extra smooth tea with the deep, fragrant flavours of aged “chenpi”. The tea is pressed into biscuit shape for better aging and easy storage.
