Since their first Tuo Cha introduction in 1985, the Phoenix Tuo Cha Factory became an instant success with heavy influences from the famous Xiaguan Tea Factory. And many generations later, we use an upgraded material for this product and aged in our warehouse to perfection. Smooth, mellow, aged woody flavour.
