Overview
Canadian Ingredient: Orange Peel (Toronto, Ontario) This spicy and citrusy ginger infusion features fresh citrus peel - saved, chopped and dried at a local cold press juice maker just for us! Enjoy hot, pure and simple, or with a drizzle of honey. Caffeine - free. Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy hot, or pour over ice. Citrus Ginger Ale Recipe: To make an all natural citrus ginger ale, steep two tea bags in half the amount of hot water (you want it strong!) and sweeten to taste. Chill, and dilute with soda water. Spectacular with an orange slice as garnish. Ingredients: Dried Ginger Pieces, Upcycled Orange Peel Pieces, Organic Lemon Pieces.
