Overview
Entirely Wu Liang Mountain area tea from certified organic tea gardens. This cake is called "Di Fu" ε°ζ° (low fluoride) as it was tested by Zu Xiang Tea Factory for fluoride content and was found to be below 300mg/kg (less than 300 parts per million). This was aged for 3 years as mao cha before being pressed in 2022. The result is a lightly aged mellow Wu Liang raw with a light orchid character, smooth grassy sweetness, and a malt-grain body.
