Overview
The tea cake is made with white peony (Bai Mu Dan) leaves, which impart a vibrant floral aroma and a delightful sweetness to the brew. Despite containing numerous tips and young leaves, this tea remarkably offers a robust flavor and a full-bodied mouthfeel. It is an exceptional tea that can be enjoyed immediately or aged for further enhancement of its qualities. Tasting Note: Most White Peony Teas are known for their mellow and smooth mouthfeel. If you prefer a tea with those characteristics, it's recommended to carefully break the tea cake from the edge to preserve the whole leaves. For brewing, using water temperatures between 80°C - 93°C (176°F - 200°F) is recommended. However, if you prefer a stronger and more complex flavor, you can use water at 95°C (203°F).
