Overview
Alpine White When done right, high altitude white teas are sweet, floral, delicate and rare, and this one is done right. It is an exceptional brew. The material is from an organic garden and is expertly crafted by a new-to-us Tea Master on a certified organic tea garden in the Chi Lai Shan area. These Qinxin Cultivar buds have been gently nudged into releasing all the subtle floral notes so distinct to this cultivar of tea. And the altitude gives it a soft sweetness that only high mountain teas can provide. This tea is made in very small quantities and last year we were able to get a small amount. It was so popular that this year we bought the entire batch!
