An Assam that has it all. Well graded with lots of tips. The golden infusion imparts a molasses bouquet. Smooth cup with a malty taste with stone fruit undertones. Classical Assam astringency and thickness, yet smooth. Steeping Suggestion: Use 1 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-4 minutes in 205 °F water
