Caution: (Not recommended if you are taking any kind of medication, consult your DR before consuming Valerian root) Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Country of origin: USA, Thailand, Bulgaria. Ingredients : Peppermint, liquorice root, fennel, lemongrass, dandelion root, valerian root. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of tea. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
