The Orange Valley Estate received its name from the many orange trees location around the garden and is located at altitudes of 1,000-2,000 meters. The delicate vegetal notes of this Darjeeling has a hint of white peach sweetness at the end for a delightful cup of tea. Brewing Instructions for First Flush Darjeelings: We recommend brewing early spring Darjeelings at a lower temperature (180-190 F) than most black teas. After boiling allow the water to cool for five minutes, and infuse the tea for approximately 3 minutes. Adjust future brews to taste.
