Overview
This tea is a "ripe" or shou Pu-Erh variety sourced from Xishuangbanna in Yunnan, China. The term "shou" describes a method that accelerates the aging process. This tea comes from Brown Mountain and is made from ancient tea plants that make great bings, or cakes. We break the large cakes into more manageable chunks. Being a young tea, it is strong in flavor and body. Enjoy multiple brews of this tea.
