Overview
Classic production pressed in the Yi Liang tea factory just outside of Kunming. 7561 is considered a "tippy grade" recipe. The bricks have been dry aged in a Kunming warehouse for 14 years! The brewed leaves yield alot of complexity and a good mix of astringency/sourness with a smooth and sweet finish. The tea soup is thick in the mouth with and almost 'citrusy' feeling that lingers in the back of the mouth, like after eating several tangerines. Very crisp and clean with no traces of moldiness, dankiness or other storage problems. Gives a tingling sensation and a has solid cha qi. 250 grams per brick, sample available!
