With this year’s material comprising of a mixed picking of young and older arbour trees, this tea offers up a full flavour and pleasant mouth feel. Kunlu is known for having wild and semi-wild trees, as well as a wide range of varietals that can be found, giving different pickings and productions their own unique style. Just as with the previous year, this tea starts out with a mineral-sweet flavour, some gentle bitterness and a slight vegetal quality that continues to build with each brew.
