Overview
This tea is grown by our uncle, Na Dan, on a hill above the village. It is located at the entrance of Da Ping Zhang plateau. The forest cover is light and the slope is steep, oriented North. Despite the scarcity of shade trees in the garden and the steep slope, dead leaves run off from the forest above, this means the soil gets some organic matter. This tea delivers a highly satifying mix of fragrance and mouthfeel. You feel the tea from the nose to the throat. Typical Jingmai fragrance, medium bitterness and astringency, good Huigan. Its weakness is the lack of thickness in the mouth.
