Character: Rich, Smooth, Warm Ingredients: Green loose-leaf tea Brewing instructions: Use one spoonful for one cup, brew at 90°C/ 195°F for 90 seconds Meet Tamiko Kinezuka who runs the final tea processing facility for Naturalitea. Tamiko carefully checks the shape and condition of the leaves and the smell, taste and color of the brew. To maintain her superb sense of smell, Tamiko refrains from eating spices in the month prior to spring final processing.
