A wonderfully smooth light tea with a sweet galia melon taste which coats the mouth. Picked from a 'wild' tea garden which consists of tea bushes scattered between trees in a forest. Tasting Notes:- Incredibly smooth texture- Sweet mouth coating galia melon taste Harvest: Spring, March 2021 Origin: Fo Zi mountain, Zheng He county, Fujian, ChinaSourced: Direct from the farmer Brewing Advice:- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot- Brew for 3-4 minutes Packaging: Resealable ziplock bag
