Cloud Mist Green Tea, also known as Yun Wu Green Tea, is one of Jiangsu Province's most renowned green teas. It is harvested from tea farms on Yuntai Mountain, located in a misty region at an altitude of 350 meters. The highest-grade Cloud Mist Green Tea is handpicked tinny young leaves in spring, between April and May. It takes approximately 14,000 buds to produce one kilogram of this tea. The tea features small, curly leaves with a dark green color and a fresh, grassy aroma. When brewed, it has a clear, bright liquid with a soft, rich mouthfeel and a pleasantly sweet flavor.
