Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.

Spring 2013 material from Jiu Tai Po village in Jing Gu county. Entirely from old plantation bushes and trees averaging 60 years of age. Stored in Jing Gu for almost a year and a half so has a slightly aged feel to it. Floral and mushroom taste, sweet after-taste and lubricating mouth-feel. 357 grams per cake, 7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong
