Night & Day 2025 White Tea x Black Tea

Bringing together Mengku shaihong (sun dried) black tea and Bangdong white tea, this tea strikes a balance that’s lighter on its feet than straight up black tea, but with more presence than white tea alone. Sweet and approachable, it maintains the agile character of our previous pressings. This blend takes advantage of both teas’ natural fragrance and flavor, creating something that shifts from brew to brew. These types of blends tend to go through phases over time – as one tea quiets down, the other steps up, keeping things interesting, whether you’re drinking now or storing away for later.
