This is a great opportunity to get a fantastic deal on a cake with some nice age on it. We found these in a friends collection earlier this year. They didn't know much about them but we sure loved drinking them. These cakes are just now coming into their own. They've been dry stored in the mountains outside of Kunming since 2014. Puerh tea often ages in stages and within the last year this cake has made some very delicious progress. There is a very pleasant floral / herbal aroma with a sweetness like wildflower honey. This tea isn't aggressive and would be an excellent daily drinker. Brewing Instructions Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
