Spring 2021 He Huan

This garden is located in the middle of Da Ping Zhang, it comprises a small hill on which tea grows on medium slopes. The forest cover is heavy, therefore the tea trees receive a lot of shade and the soil is rich in organic matter. The tea is soft: low bitterness, medium astringency and a silky texture. Yet, it seems to be the most classical Jingmai tea you can get, it carries the typical orchid fragrance and features a Huigan that can be felt early in the session. The thickness is average. A very pleasant experience that fits both blending and single garden tasting.
